Sustainability Action Plan

Parthenon has been selected to be a member of Boston’s Sustainable Business Leader Program (SBLP).  With the help of SBLP’s advisors, Parthenon’s Sustainability Committee has developed an action plan to outline a path toward its sustainability goals and ensuring measurable changes.  The team has identified the following areas of priority within its action plan:

• Waste reduction through increased recycling, reusable alternatives, and reduced printing
• “Green” purchasing program to increase usage of recycled paper and other sustainable alternatives
• Innovative solutions and investments to address our carbon footprint from consultants’ travel
• Energy conservation through planned renovations and sustainable design
• Education of all employees on changing their habits in both work and in the home
