Kasia is a Partner in Parthenon’s Boston office and a leader in the firm’s Education practice. She originally joined Parthenon in 1995 and as an Associate, Senior Associate, and Consultant, gained extensive experience with corporate clients across multiple industries. In 2003, Kasia moved to Harvard University, where over the course of six years she held several senior administrative roles, including Chief of Staff to President Summers and joint Chief of Staff to President Faust and Provost Hyman.
Since rejoining Parthenon in 2009, Kasia has focused on education sector engagements in both K12 and higher education. Her K12 work includes teacher effectiveness and compensation initiatives (Omaha Public Schools, New York City Department of Education, Houston Independent School District), strategic resource allocation (Knox County Schools), portfolio strategy work (Chicago Public Schools), and Race to the Top strategies at the state level.
Her higher education engagements have included development of online learning strategies and governance structures, development of a business model for a brand new university, and assessments of institutional capacity to deliver on outcomes specified in large grants. She has also led strategic planning engagements for a variety of education clients including foundations, foundation grantees, membership organizations, and community-based organizations.
Kasia earned a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University. She received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
