To supplement its on-campus recruiting, Parthenon seeks to hire talented individuals already in the workplace.
In particular, we are looking for candidates with approximately 3-6 years of experience in management consulting to join the firm as Principals or Senior Principals. Such individuals are the leaders of Parthenon’s case teams, and are responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of work (and ultimately value) for our clients. We will also consider candidates with non-consulting backgrounds on a case-by-case basis.
We prefer candidates with top business school MBAs, as well as a track record of leadership, analytical capabilities, strategic thinking and successful realization of results.
Parthenon is also interested in speaking to top performers with 2-3 years of work experience to join the firm as Associates or Senior Associates.
