While life at Parthenon can be rewarding and challenging, it can also be demanding. The firm strives to maintain perspective and ensure an appropriate work-life balance. At times this involves a more flexible work format.
While consulting at Parthenon is not a 9AM to 5PM job, there is flexibility in the hours that our Principals work. Some arrive very early in order to get home earlier, before their kids go to bed or to see friends and loved ones. Others may take a break during the day or early evening for a work-out.
Parthenon also offers qualified Principals the opportunity to work part-time in order to manage family responsibilities without jeopardizing promotion opportunities and allows senior members of the firm to periodically take a leave of absence in order to spend time with family or pursue personal interests.
