New Associate training at Parthenon is composed of advanced business
training. Associates are introduced to the concepts and tools of consulting
through modules taught by experienced Principals. Associates also attend
classes with professors from Harvard Business School and the Tuck School
of Business at Dartmouth.
Training for new Associates culminates with an integrative exercise
from actual Parthenon client work. In general, Associate training couples
a considerable amount of classroom-style learning with extensive team-building
exercises.
As Associates progress in their careers, they complete several ongoing training modules in more advanced skills.
