There is no typical post-Parthenon track for Associates.
A large
number of Associates plan on attending top business schools at which
Parthenon has very high acceptance rates. Others decide to work for
industries they have grown to like or attend other graduate school
programs.
Parthenon provides tuition sponsorship to top-performing
Associates who elect to attend business school and return to Parthenon
as Principals at the conclusion of their studies.
