Associates who join Parthenon are expected to commit to the firm for two years. Most Associates stay for 2-3 years. Parthenon works to make the Associate experience challenging and rewarding at all times. Associates gain more responsibility as their level of experience increases.
Near the end of their second year, Associates are considered for promotion
to Senior Associate and during their third year, a select few will
be offered an opportunity to continue at Parthenon as Principals.
Promotions to Senior Associate or Principal are determined by performance.
In many cases, Parthenon will also sponsor Associates to attend business
school and will pay for tuition if that individual returns to Parthenon
after completing his / her MBA.
Parthenon has established programs for performance feedback and mentoring
to assist Associates in their professional development. At the end
of each case, Associates receive performance reviews from their managers.
In addition, Associates receive an end of-the-year consensus performance
evaluation and discuss developmental goals with a senior member of
the team.
