The firm's second North American office opened in 2000 in the city of San Francisco.  Today, the San Francisco office is home to approximately twenty team members who manage the firm's west coast relationships and also serve clients around the country. 

Consistent with Parthenon's strategic focus, San Francisco consultants are generalists, advising clients across the firm's  industry practices and capabilities.  Regardless of industry or company, San Francisco's engagements share a focus on long-term relationships, a customized approach, and on advising business leaders on their most leveraged issues.  

Our San Francisco office also upholds the firm's commitment to charitable giving by making a targeted effort each year to improve the local community.  Office members actively give their time to tutoring children and building homes for low-income families, among several other volunteer endeavors. Because our San Francisco office, like our headquarters in Boston, is also an Inspire office, its junior consultants can choose to spend time on pro bono projects assisting non profit organizations.
