While consulting at Parthenon is not a 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. job, there is flexibility in the hours that you may work. You might arrive very early in order to get home earlier, before your kids go to bed or to see friends and loved ones. Or, you may take a break during the day or early evening for a workout.

Parthenon also offers qualified principals the opportunity to work part-time in order to manage family responsibilities without jeopardizing promotion opportunities. Parthenon also allows senior members of the firm to periodically take a leave of absence in order to spend time with family or pursue personal interests.
