Unique Opportunities
To supplement the traditional casework outlined in the Your Career section, Parthenon offers unique opportunities to principals who choose to pursue them. As a principal you may seek a rotation in another office or lead an internal initiative such as M.B.A. recruiting for your alma mater.
Global Experience
Parthenon’s focus on global experience provides you with the opportunity to work in any of Parthenon’s global offices for a period of time. As a Principal you may have the option to:
- Rotate through another office (four to six months, one-plus year)
- Join a case team in an international location
- Transfer to another office permanently
Internal Initiatives
After six months at the firm Parthenon offers new principals the opportunity to participate in certain “extracurriculars.” These can include involvement in:
- M.B.A. recruiting
- Summer/new associate or principal training
- The Parthenon newsletter
- The Parthenon Green Team
- Mentoring
- Alumni Program
- Establishing new practice areas and offices
- Intellectual capital
