Most Associates and Principals will spend 3-6 months in a Private Equity Practice rotation during their first two years with Parthenon, and more senior members can elect to dedicate themselves to private equity work. In addition to providing due diligence on investment opportunities, Parthenon teams work with portfolio companies on strategic and performance improvement issues and help private equity firms develop investment strategies.
