Healthcare Reform: The Court Takes Us for a Wild Ride

June 28, 2012, the Supreme Court announced its highly-anticipated ruling on healthcare reform (i.e. Affordable Care Act).   In short, the Court largely upheld most of the law, with the exception of the Medicaid expansion,  which will likely be a state-by-state decision.  Below is a presentation summarizing the decision and some of its potential impacts.
