Associates who join Parthenon are expected to commit to the firm for two years.  Most associates stay for two to three  years.  Parthenon works to make your experience challenging and rewarding during your tenure here.  As an associate you will gain more responsibility as your level of experience increases.

Near the end of your second year, you will be considered for promotion to senior associate.  During your third year, you may be one of the select few who will be offered an opportunity to continue at Parthenon as a principal.  Promotions to senior associate or principal are determined by performance.  In many cases, Parthenon will sponsor associates to attend business school and will pay for tuition if that individual returns to Parthenon after completing his/her M.B.A.
