Chris is a Partner with a focus in Parthenon’s Education Practice, covering the US public sector, private sector, and international markets. He has worked extensively at all levels of the education sector, where his clients have included state departments of education, urban school districts, corporations, foundations, and school networks on issues of strategic planning, organizational improvement, and implementation support. In the public sector, his project work has included engagements focused on whole-system reform, data and accountability, teacher effectiveness, early childhood, and innovation. Chris has worked with some of the largest and most influential districts in the US and internationally, including the NYC Department of Education, Delaware Department of Education, DC Public Schools, Boston Public Schools, Louisiana Recovery School District, and the Abu Dhabi Education Council. In the private sector education space, his clients have included Fortune 500 companies serving both the higher education and K-12 markets, as well as several of the largest foundations in the U.S. He has also led client engagements in the financial services, information and media, and private equity sectors. Chris graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with a B.A. in Government and received his M.B.A. from INSEAD in France.
