Ms. Hills is head of the company’s Human Resources and Professional Development department.  She joined Parthenon in 2000 as a Principal, and then assumed her current firm-wide responsibilities in 2002.  Prior to joining Parthenon, Ms. Hills was a Manager at RWD Technologies.  She holds an A.B. cum laude in Economics from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
