Mr. Hsu focuses on corporate strategy, profit improvement, and mergers and acquisitions. He has worked extensively in financial services, information, publishing, and manufacturing businesses. He chairs the Operating Committee for the firm and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. In addition, he oversees professional development and human resources. Previously, he was employed with the consulting firm Corporate Decisions, Inc. (CDI), where he worked primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Hsu holds a B.S.E., magna cum laude, in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and an M.B.A., with distinction, from Harvard Business School.
