Mr. Hermacinski leads the technology and industrial practice, advising clients on corporate strategy. His work focuses on growth through new market entry, new product introduction, and competitive market share gains. Additionally, he assists companies on profit improvement through pricing optimization and through productivity gains. His clients include companies in the electronics, software, telecommunications, industrial automation, specialty materials, information services, and life sciences industries. Previously, he worked at Motorola as a senior engineer in the Automotive and Industrial Electronics Group and at the MITRE Corporation, designing satellite communications systems for NATO. Mr. Hermacinski holds a B.S. and M.S., with distinction, in Electrical Engineering from the University of London and a Master of Science in Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was an Austin Scholar.
