Mr. Ahern is a Partner in The Parthenon Group and is responsible for leading all London-based private equity work. His work includes conducting due diligence of companies across multiple sectors, including consumer and retail, education, technology, and business services. Prior to Parthenon, Mr. Ahern successfully turned around a retail pharmacy in Ireland and sold the business for five times the purchase price. He has also worked with a start-up firm raising venture capital and driving operational improvement. Mr. Ahern speaks Italian and Spanish, and he holds a B.Sc. Hons (Pharmacy) from Trinity College Dublin and an M.B.A. with distinction from London Business School.
