Mr. Smith is the Chief Financial Officer of The Parthenon Group.  Prior to joining The Parthenon Group, Mr. Smith served as the Chief Financial Officer for a number of privately held and publicly traded companies in various industries. Mr. Smith was a former audit manager for Arthur Young and Company and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a graduate of Stonehill College where he received a B.S. in Accounting.
